Subcommittee on Sedimentation

The Reservoir Sedimentation Database (RESSED)

UPDATING RESSED - INTERIM GUIDELINES

The Subcommittee on Sedimentation (SOS) is working on a means for updating RESSED by rendering SCS Form 34 into HTML format for online posting. Until this process is completed and tested, the Subcommittee asks that those with revisions and (or) reservoir survey data missing from RESSED submit the form below.

The SOS also requests, at your earliest convenience, that any additional reservoir-survey information be copied and mailed to:

U.S. Geological Survey
c/o John R. Gray, Hydrologist/Sedimentologist
415 National Center
12201 Sunrise Valley Drive
Reston, Virginia 20192

When capability to update RESSED is achieved, the SOS will respond to each originator of the above-requested message with directions on how to provide their data electronically to the Subcommittee on Sedimentation for quality assurance and eventual uploading to RESSED.
